Introduction of Laboratory
Laboratory of Shanghai Kaibo Compounds Co., Ltd. is the part of technical center. It is established to meet various inspect, measure and test during development and production of cable compounds. Aftermany years construction, it has been a large scale, covering about 750㎡. The original value of test equipment is over 13 million.
The laboratory has established slide making room, physical mechanical lab, electrical property lab, combusting lab,environmental lab, chemical analysis lab, thermal analysis lab, raw material analysis and spectral analysis lab. It has advanced test equipment, such as American TA analyzer, X-ray spectrometer from Shimazduo, British FTT combustion performance tester, Swedish car line scratch grinding apparatus,American Q - LabX xenon lamp test box, American Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, Swiss wantong moisture meter, air oven from Germany and Japan, etc. The quality is guaranteed by each link, such as raw material into factory, production and finished goods outbound. Compared with domestic peers, Kaibo laboratory is taking leading position in management, equipment renewal and test level.
